Day 1. |
Arrival in the airport of Mineralnye Vody. Meeting with guide. Transfer to a
village Terskol (Kabardino-Balkaria). It takes about 3-4 hours. Hotel
accommodation in standard two bedroom lodgings (DBL, BB). |

Day 2. |
Transfer to the village Elbrus. It takes 1hour. Start of trek to the pass
Irikchat. Ascent under the pass Irikchat. It takes about 7-8 hours. Overnigth in
the tents (3200m). |

Day 3. |
Descent to snow valley Dzhikaugenkez, over the pass Irikchat (1B*, 3643m).
The route follows to the lake (3100m). It takes 6-7 hours. |

Day 4. |
Descent along the moraine and then along table “Irahitsyrt”. Ascent to
3500m. It takes 6-7 hours. Overnigth under the pass Balkbashi. |

Day 5. |
Ascent on the pass “Balkbashi” (1A*, 3689m). Descent to a rive. Uphill to 3300m. It
takes 5-6 hours. |

Day 6. |
The ruote follows over the pass “Letchik Mashkov” (1A*, 3600m). Continue trek to the snowy and grassy
slopes. Spending a night under the pass “North Kukurtlu” (3600m). It takes 6-7
hours. |

Day 7. |
Rest day: drying outdoor, walk to the lake, bathing, fire at night.

Day 8. |
Descent over the pass “North Kukurtlu” (3200m). It takes about 8-10 hours.
Spending a night. |

Day 9. |
Continue route to a pass “North Hotutau” ( 1A*-1B*,
3600m). Uphill on the table “Hotutau” and downhill to the station “Mir”.
Descent to the valley. Accomodation in the hotel. |

Days
10-11. |
Reserve day for bad weather. The additional excursion is possible in this
day:
- Optional excursion of Chegem valley;
- Walking to the waterfall;
- Riding on the horses. |

Day 12. |
Transfer to the airport Mineralnye
Vody. |
